Ace Tailors and Westbank Dry Cleaning, Central Austin Management Group, Domain, Austin, TX

This project combined the related services of two businesses into one tenant fit out location.  Emily Potts Architecture + Design navigated the many restrictions and requirements of the Domain development standards while balancing the need for cost effective strategies and daylighting.  The project was designed to Austin Energy Commercial Green Building requirements and represents effective collaboration between multiple design team members, owners, government officials and landlord representatives.  Construction is scheduled to be finished by June of 2017.
