A portion of the work was performed while employed with Lym Architects, but client satisfaction later prompted the owner to reach out directly to Emily Potts Architecture + Design.  Services included a complete furniture inventory, plan modifications, an office expansion and project management, bidding and construction management all under a tight budget and schedule.  Found cost effective solutions to space constraints and program changes in a rapidly expanding non-profit organization.  Worked closely with the contractor to minimize disruption to adjacent work areas during constructon.
